About me

Hi, I’m Kirsten Wheat. I earned my degree in Business Administration from Tarleton State University and my journey into this field took a few turns before landing where it truly felt right. After college, I began working in sales, but it quickly became clear that something was missing. I had previously worked as a medical assistant in college, and when my sister invited me to help at her midwifery practice, everything clicked.

There, I was able to combine my administrative skills, medical knowledge, and love for organization through tasks like managing administrative tasks, assisting with patient care, and handling the bookkeeping. For the first time, I felt like I was making a real difference—not just in a business, but in people’s lives.

That experience sparked my mission: to support midwives by taking the administrative and bookkeeping burden off their shoulders, so they can focus on what matters most—their patients.
